Tuesday the 17th. I forgot to wear green so we went and got some Shamrock shakes from McDonald's. While we were door knocking we saw a search warrant go down it was super legit. Then after that we met with a recent convert. Then we went and visited some less actives. Then we had dinner with an awesome family that I cannot remember their names. Then we went to a meeting at the church. Then we called it a night.
Wednesday the 18th. We got a ride up to Spring Lake to have interviews with Mission Pres. Jacobsen. It was nice to be able to talk to him. He really knows what he is talking about. Then after that senior Bartels came and brought us back. I went back to Holland. then we met with Matt and had a good lesson with him. Then we met with Ashley and went over a few things about prophets. Then we had a correlation meeting. Then we met at Denny's with John, we talked about the Sabbath day and the word of Wisdom. Then we called it a night.
Thursday the 19th. We went up to GVSU and met with Alissa (RC). Then we had a lesson with a girl that we found last week. Her name is Shelby, she is a bit interested in the Gospel. After that we came down to teach Patty. She is doing well but she is having dental surgery this week so she is not excited about that. Then we went on splits I went with Michael and we taught his cousin Rashad. It went really well. Then after that we watched meet the Mormons with Ashley.
Friday the 20th. We did a bit of finding. Bro. Jack Jarvis took us up to GVSU to have a lesson with Rachel. She is someone who has been investigating for 7 years. Her parents are fans of the Church but she is excited to be baptized on the 25th of April. Then after that we met with Matt and talked about eternal marriage. Then we met with the Dowells, and had a good time with them.
Saturday was an interesting day. That night we went to something called the Lamb of God, it is kind of a instrumental/vocal/musical montage of the final week of Christ's life. It was really phenomenal.
Sunday the 22nd. Ashley made it to church. Church was good. It was about trying and doing the best you can. We had dinner with the Fomunang's. They are awesome. He is a pediatric psychiatrist from Cameroon, she is from the Caribbean. We had wings for dinner. Then we taught Ashley about the 10 commandments and obedience.
Today Monday the 23rd has been good so far. We went to DrBro. Vickers and he worked on me for about an hour getting me into balance. My body has been responding really well to the things that he does. I feel great improvement. I BELIEVE in Applied Kinesiology. (What is this a commercial.) We had lunch with Bro. Wells at Pizza Hut. Now here we are. Hope you all are having a blessed week.
