Wednesday the 1st. We traded back. Today we also did a lot of door knocking. We had dinner at Marv's. Then we had correlation at the church. Then we called it a night.
Thursday the 2nd. We did some door knocking. That was about all that we did.
Friday the 3rd. Today when we were driving to a destination we saw a car stranded on the side of the road. We stopped and changed the tire for the three women that were trying to get somewhere for the 4th. We put the donut on and they were on their way. Then we did some more finding. This week had been really slow. Because of the 4th. But I am alright with that.
4th of JULY. HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY AMERICA. 238 years. Today we were without a car. So we did a lot of walking around. Then at 6pm we were allowed to drive. So we went to a little BBQ at the Wu's and we helped them move a piano. Then after that we went down to the Grand River and walked around for a little bit. We had to be back to the apt. by 10pm usually it is 9pm. There were thousands of people. I was thoroughly enjoying the heightened police presence. (One of the few I am sure.) Then on the way back to the apt. there were so many fireworks it was incredible. There was a show on each street that we turned down. So awesome.
Sunday church was a excellent fast and testimony meeting. Then we had dinner with the Richmonds.
Monday the 6th we went to the Gerald R. Ford museum. It was awesome. I had a great time there. Then we had dinner with the Sugiyama's.
That's all I have time for folks. I will write better next week.
