Tuesday is our day that we go down to a town called Marcellus. We did a lot of door knocking down there. Then we met with some less actives named the Klocks. After that we had a lesson with one of our investigator Zachary. He really really wants to learn more. The sad thing is, is that his grandma does not like us at all, not one bit. After that we went to the Wurtz for dinner. It was delicious chicken fried steak, and a brussel sprout casserole. Then after that we went back to Paw Paw and called it a day.
Wednesday we went to a town called Decatur. We were able to see the Eagles a less active family. Then we saw sis. Gray. We had a very good and long gospel conversation with her. After that we door knocked. Then we had dinner provided by the Ortons. I cannot remember for the life of me what it was, but it was pretty tasty.
Thursday we had our weekly planning session. Then we went with the Szekely's to help them move a baby grand piano from a old church. It took us a little while but we were able to get it out of the church and into their family room. As we were putting away a homemade trailer we hit it on a pole in their back yard and smashed out one of the tail lights. I felt really bad. But the Szekely's are great people and they said it was no bid deal. Then they fed us hot subs from Amore's. Then we door knocked. Then Gary and Esther Osbon had us out to their house dinner. It was a awesome Christmas dinner with homemade meatballs. It was a great and fancy dinner.
On Friday we went out to Lawrence to see our investigator William. He is doing alright. He struggling to find a job. Please keep him in your prayers. Then we had lunch. Then we went to Lawton and saw Sis. Harger. We were able to read with her. Then we saw Sis. Snowden and Brittany. We talked to them about looking to Christ in times of trial. Then for dinner the Walkers brought us Pizza.
Saturday since (or sense) {Not quite sure} we cannot drive, we door knocked around Paw Paw all day long. Then we had dinner with ourselves.
Sunday December 7th {1941 remember the fallen.} We had a good sacrament meeting. Then we stayed after church and helped the Branch President set up for the 1st Presidency Devotional that was amazing. There was a potluck for dinner. I would like to invite all of you to check it out online. It really talks about the REAL reason for Christmas. And Keeping Christ in CHRISTmas.
Monday Today, we went to Kalamazoo and played basket ball. Now we are emailing. So that is all folks.
I have found a new delicassy. For breakfast, scrambled eggs with fried spam. Mixed in at the end a bit of fry and soy sauce. IT'LL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
I hope you all have a awesome week. You are all in my prayers.
