Tuesday we were on Trade offs, Elder Isaacson was with me in my area. We spent the first three hours of our day looking for a member in a few different hospitals. Come to find out he had passed away on Saturday. Then we had a lesson with Mike, he is doing really well and committed to come to church on the 30th so we are excited for that. Then after that we had a lesson with sis. Wooten. We are excited to be teaching her. Then after that we went out to Marv's and had dinner with him.
Wednesday we had district meeting in Holland, then we had lunch at Burger King. Then after that we met with William who is a recent convert. Then we did some finding. On our way to dinner we saw the other Elders sitting in their car on the side of the road, so we conducted a mock traffic stop. It was fantastic, they played right along with it, what was even better were the faces of the people that were driving by. Then after that we had dinner with the Frye's, we had delicious sweet wet burritos. Then we had our correlation meeting. Then we called it a night.
Thursday we had a awesome miracle we came back in contact with Peggy. She told us that she had read the whole Book of Mormon and that she was starting it over and she told us how she liked how it actually was comparable to real life. She told us for now that she is working on her husband on getting him to want to read and meet. But we are having face book lessons with her, so that is so awesome.
Friday we did some facebook work. Then we had dinner with Marv.
Saturday Marv took us down to Holland to help with a move. It was great to see some of the members down there again. Then we came back and did some facebook work. Then we went out to Marv's and he fed us taco's.
Sunday we had great meetings. Sacrament talks were on the importance of the sacrament. Then I taught about repentance in Gospel Principles. Then we had dinner with the Wheeler's it was some tasty sweet chili. It was fantastic. Then I played with Breneck for a while he is their two year old son who is super smart. He is smarter than five year olds. It is nuts but he is a funny kid.
Today Monday the 24th, we are going to be hanging out with the other Elder's I will report back on what we are going to do next week. But as for now I hope that you all have a fantastic week. Remember who you are and don't let it get you down. ;) lol
