So this week has actually been quite a great week in the world of missionary work. So I forgot to bring my planner with me this morning so the days are not going to be in the best order of things so this might be a bit on the jumbles side of things.
So we did quite a bit of finding this week out on the east side on 25th street. We were very blessed to have come across quite a few people that were interested. We met a lady named Tiffany she was really nice and invited us back. We were able to teach her the first lesson on her doorstep and she committed to read the Book of Mormon. Then we met a guy named Wayne, he invited us in right off the bat. We sat down with him and he was somewhat familiar with the church. We taught him the first lesson which is the restoration, he said that he would read and pray about the Book of Mormon. Then we met a handful of really nice people that invited us back to talk to them.
This week we had district meeting in Bay city, that was fun we went to a smoothie shop for lunch. Then on Saturday I got a flushot and then went to a baptism for the Bay City sisters. We also had dinner at Bob Evans with the other elder's because a member gave us a gift card so that was great. Also many people fed us this week but I cannot remember their names for the life of me.
This week we have been working with bro. Howey a lot, sadly he had to go back to the ER. But he is home now. Working on going to the temple so that is a good thing.
Also this week we did a bit of exploring in Saginaw. So there is a huge fairground with a horse raceway that is abandoned. It was an awesome adventure, and yes we were being safe. There are some pictures on the site from it but I will post some better ones soon.
Thank you all for your care and support. Hope you have a fantastic week and remember that the Lord is there for all of your needs. Just ask Him for help.
