Tuesday we had interviews with the mission president. It was really a great experience. He told me basically to finish strong and to take care of my foot. We had a blast talking with Sis. Jacobsen (His Wife) while we were waiting for our interview. Then we had district meeting, then we went to a place called Chipotle a low end Cafe Rio in my opinion. Then after that we had a lesson with a lady named Kenya and that went well. Then we had dinner with the Thomas' who are a awesome couple. They are so kind to us.
Wednesday the 21st. We met with Alicia for a few minutes. Then after that we did some door knocking on 26th street. Then we went up to SVSU and did some PCing on campus. Then for dinner the Johnson family brought us chicken and mashed potatoes to the church. After mutual they took us to Cold Stone for ice cream, I had cheesecake flavored ice cream with cherry pie filling mixed into it.
Thursday the 22nd. We went out to were the Deibels have some property with a lake on it. They wanted us to knock the country road that it was on. They had some good feelings about their neighbors and they wanted us to invite them. Long story short we have two return appointments out there. Then after they made us lunch. Then we did some more knocking back in town. Then we had the most excellent pancakes that bro. Nichols made for us. They are such a blast and very good to us.
Friday the 23rd. We had lunch with a member named bro. Banner from Grand Rapids that Elder Giar knows. We went to Olive Garden. Then we went up to SVSU and PCed on campus. Then after that we helped move sis. Doerr. That was a task and a half. But we got the mission accomplished.
Saturday the 24th we helped out with something called "Stride for Life". It was a walk for breast cancer. It was a blast being able to help out with that for four hours. Then after that we met with Bro. Howey. Then we went down to Frankenmuth to have dinner with some members that are new to the ward named the Paedres. They are way awesome.
Sunday the 25th. Church service was pretty good you can't really go wrong with the primary program. After church we went and I finally was able to meet Rocky. He is a really cool guy that we will be teaching. Then we took Billie the sacrament and visited with her for a little while. Then we had dinner at the Dudley's they are a awesome family.
Today Monday the 26th we had district P-day. It was such blast. We went out the the Deibel's lake and had a cookout. Elder Giar and I got there early and had a blast setting up and adventuring around the lake. We had some delicious hamburgers. Played some fun games and had a great time sitting around the fire and talking. I also caught the biggest I have ever caught it was about a foot long large mouth bass. We had such a great time. Then we came back and had dinner with the Faubert's. Now here I am sending this email.
I hope that you all have a great night and a great rest of your week.
