WEdnesday the 8th. Today we tried to find less actives to start teaching. No one was really home. But we did find a new investigator. He is interesting. His name is Mike Y. Then we had dinner at Ming Ten a really delicious Chinese buffet. W were supposed to have correlation meeting but no one showed up. So then we called it a night.
Thursday we went out to GVSU we delivered a Bible to someone. Then we did some door knocking. Then we taught a lesson to Rachel who is being baptized on the 25th of this month. So that is really exciting. After that we did some more door knocking. Then we had dinner at Mr. Burger. It was really actually quite subpar. Then we called it a night.
Friday today we had apt. inspections. We passed with flying colors. Then after that we went up to a place called Sparta a did some finding up there. Then we met with the Lakatos family. Also we met with someone whose son was just baptized. Her name is Andrea, she wants to be taught. So that is pretty cool. Then we did the Ghost Pepper challenge fries at Wendy's. They were not super hot. So it was quite easy.
Saturday the 11th FOOT PATROL. Today we did a bunch of door knocking and actually found a really awesome guy named Mike. So hopefully that will go somewhere. After that we got permission to drive the car to help out the GV1 Elders. We picked them up and took them to the church and unlocked it for them. WE had quite a bit of fun with them during the commute. Then after that we went to this Spanish place knock off of Café Rio called Qdoba. It was alright. Then we called it a night.
Sunday was a bit crazy. We had ward council then we had church. The church is ten miles away this is the furthest I have ever had to commute to church. It was hard to get to know everyone. So many people are in wards. I have been use to branches. So it is kind of difficult to keep names and faces straight. After Church we met with Bishop Richmond. Then we had correlation. Then we found LAs around the church. Then Rachel had her baptismal interview. Then the Wheeler family gave us some pork loins and the fixings to take home and prepare. So we had a awesome dinner thanks to them.
Monday the 13th. I have emailed and that is all. We plan to go into Grand Rapids. Today. Not quite sure what is on the agenda for the rest of the day.
Hope you all have a great rest of the week.
