Last Monday we had dinner at the Stewarts. Then we had to run up to Harrison which is about an hour drive to give a baptismal interview. Jon Case took us up there we had a great time.
On Tuesday we were able to go out to the Belles home for dinner. We had dinner and shared a thought with them, then we played with the kids for and raced with them it was all sorts of fun.
On Wednesday we had interviews with the mission president. It was a decent experience. Then we saw Orval and had a great lesson with him. Then we saw the McConnells and had dinner with them.
On Thursday we were able to have lunch with the Girard's (member) it was so delicious. Then we door knocked the rest of the day. We also celebrated E. Wiscombe's year mark by burning a shirt at The McConnells.
Friday we had a blast. It was our branch picnic. So many things were put into the making of this. It was so fun. People swam played games ate great barbeque. It was such a blast.
Saturday we were super busy. We had breakfast with the McConnells. Cherry pancakes. Then we had a baptism of a young man in the branch. Then Jon Case took us on an adventure. He needed help picking out a new PC. So he took us to Best Buy in Saginaw. Then he took us to dinner at Famous Dave's. It was delicious. I had the Rib Tips. Then he took us to Bay City and I was able to Catch a brief glimpse of my first Great Lake. Saginaw was Ghetto.
Sunday is always great. We had a great conversation with the McConnells. Then we had to give another baptismal interview to someone that the senior couple is teaching. Then we attended a Sign Language class that was put on by a family in the branch. After that we went with Darnel out to Doc's place to roast marshmallows. We had a great conversation.
All this week we have been catching squirrels in a live trap. We have caught about four but we don't kill them we let them go. But they jump off of the top of the house but they don't die. Finally this morning we caught the raccoon that we have been looking for. He was a cute little guy. We wanted to keep him. But we set him free.
That is about all of our excitement for this week.
Hope you all have an great week.
